We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy product manager to help us improve our product offering.

What a Product Manager does at Replise

  • Translate business objectives into product vision
  • Take an active role in the strategic planning of our product roadmaps
  • Define requirements, deliverables and timelines for the development team
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations with regards to new features and delivery deadlines
  • Create product presentations and fact sheets for other departments, business partners and customers
  • Participate in high-level project planning
  • Provide industry insights to strategic stake-holders
  • Liaise with customers and business partners to ensure fast adoption and best practice
  • Evangelise the product among industry influencers and target groups

What you’d need to be successful as a Product Manager

  • Several years of experience as a product manager for online or software products
  • Complete and thorough understanding of the social media measurement industry, globally and in Europe
  • Good understanding of the competitive landscape: competitors, products, performance, niches, etc.
  • Understand the software development process
  • Ability to speak the language of technology and business
  • Speak and write English

Ideally you…

  • Are a native English speaker
  • Worked for one of our competitors, a software house or a marketing/PR agency
  • Understand social media and online marketing in an agency setting
  • Worked abroad or in an international setting
  • Have relevant social media or market research experience
  • Speak German fluently
  • Know the difference between urgent and important
  • Are business minded with a result-oriented approach to finding solutions
