Job description

We are building an organisation that is leading the social media revolution to help brands integrate all social ​channels​.

The Sales Manager/Director will be responsible for generating revenue from, and managing relationships with, specific agencies and direct brands. They will be analysing client needs and constructing strategies to grow revenue from new clients. You’ll network with the best of them, and also strategically help build our presence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Growing revenue, and identifying opportunities for growth of our agency business
  • Growing new client relationships to maximise client retention and satisfaction, establishing yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable contact
  • Converting client opportunities into deals
  • Developing tactical sales strategies and presentations
  • Maintaining and managing a healthy pipeline of meetings, prospects and upcoming campaigns
  • Proactively and constantly building and maintaining an extensive network of contacts throughout the social media space
  • Liaising with the research team to ensure expertise and delivery of products to clients
  • Communicate ongoing sales activity through regular sales meetings and pipeline reports

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years selling relevant digital solutions to agencies
  • A broad network of up-to-date agency contacts
  • Demonstrable experience of success against operational targets,
  • Outstanding record of new customer acquisition
